Ciao pasta lovers! Ready to elevate your pasta game? Join us for our second Italian pasta cooking class. Learn how to make authentic Italian pasta from scratch with Anna and Sara. Don't miss out on this deliciously fun event!

You’ll master the art of making fresh handmade pasta, you’ll learn how to use a manual pasta machine and a roller, make two different kinds of pasta (Tortellini Emiliani and the Girasole round ravioli) with two different fillings.

We’ll show you how to prepare two different delicious sauces that perfectly match the pasta you produce.

Then we’ll cook the pasta, and we’ll celebrate our time together with a degustation of what we have prepared washed down with a glass of Prosecco to make it a true party.

At the end of the class, you will take home your pasta, that way you can cook for your family and for the people you love.

Last but not least, you’ll get the recipe book of the class you attended.


All our recipes are hands on, you’ll be working at your private bench space with a maximum of 12 participants to ensure that every one of you will be well looked after and to maximise your learning and help you to master the necessary skills.

Class menu’

- Pasta from scratch

- Tortellini emiliani (traditional filling: prosciutto, mortadella, veal, pork, parmesan )

- Cappellacci alla Zucca ( pumpking, parmesan, Amaretti, lemon zest, nutmeg)

- 2 different Italian sauces: express ragu' and creamy butter and sage.

- degustation and a glass of Italian Prosecco

Class ingredients

Fine semolina flour, plain flour, eggs, Parmesan, butter, prosciutto, veal mince, pork mince, nutmeg, mortadella, Amaretti, Pumpking, nutmeg, lemon zest, sage, crushed tomato, basil, extra virgin olive oil, onion, white wine.

What you need to know

Ingredients, apron, tools, and everything you need is provided by us.

Course is suitable for any skill level.

Age requirement: 15+

Please come 10-15 minutes before the start time of the class.

Please wear closed in comfortable shoes.

Who doesn’t like the smell of freshly baked bread? When Anna smells bread she always smiles. In this class you’ll learn to follow a truly simple recipe to prepare a great homemade bread, you’ll master the art of making the delicious Taralli Pugliesi and then you’ll make Grissini, the famous Italian bread sticks. We cook Anna and Sara’s production and we taste our bread, Taralli and Grissini with a sharing platter of Italian antipasto (cheese, salami, mortadella,olives,etc) and an Aperol Spritz to complete our feast to perfection. At the end of the class, you’ll take home with you the bread, Taralli and grissini you made to cook and share with your family and friends, and you’ll also get the recipe book for the class you attended. Leavened dough is a matter of chemistry and alchemy in which your ability, hands and feelings are all part of the recipe, so, please come along bringing your greatest energy and your willingness to have fun, laugh and be happy among new friends.
