Come join us for a fun and hands-on cooking experience where you'll learn how to make delicious Italian pasta from scratch. Anna and Sara will guide you through the process step by step, ensuring you leave with the skills to impress your friends and family at home.

You’ll master the art of making fresh handmade pasta, you’ll learn how to use a manual pasta machine and a rolling pin, make two different kinds of pasta (hand cut tagliatelle, Tortelli Maremmani = big ravioli) with a filling that you will prepare from scratch.

We’ll show you how to prepare two different delicious sauces to accompany, and then we’ll cook the pasta, and we’ll have a small feast with a degustation of what we have prepared.

A glass of Prosecco is included to further enhance the pasta we prepared.

At the end of the class, you will take home your production to share with your family, friends and loved ones, and you’ll get the recipe book for the class you attended.

Cooking is fun, and when you cook with other people it is even better, because a kind of magic happens. What’s better than having a great time, sharing food, having a drink, and laughing lots?

All our recipes are hands on, you’ll be working at your private bench space with a maximum of 12 participants to ensure that every one of you will be well looked after and to maximise your learning and help you to master the required skills.

No prior cooking experience is necessary - just bring your enthusiasm and appetite!

Class menu’

- Pasta from scratch.

- Hand cut traditional Tagliatelle.

- Tortelli Maremmani , big square ravioli (ricotta and spinach filling).

- 2 different Italian sauces: fresh mini tomatoes and basil; whipped butter and sage.

- Pasta degustation and a glass of Italian Prosecco.

Class ingredients

Fine semolina flour, plain flour, eggs, spinach, ricotta cheese, Parmesan, butter, sage, basil, pepper, tomatoes, garlic, extra virgin olive oil.

What you need to know

Ingredients, apron, tools, and everything you need is provided by us.

Course is suitable for any skill level.

Age requirement: 15+

Please come 10-15 minutes before the start time of the class.

PIZZA and FOCACCIA Italian cooking class.

We love pizza, but Sara is obsessed with it, she always says that Pizza makes her happy, does that happen to you too? In this class you’ll learn how to prepare a perfect dough for a home-made pizza and focaccia. We’ll show you how to garnish two focaccia,one in the traditional way and one with onions, and then two pizzas,one as the Queen of pizza,the Margherita and one Neapolitan pizza. Then you’ll garnish your focaccia in the traditional way with salt, oil and your pizza in a traditional Neapolitan way, with capers,anchovies,oregano,garlic and crushed tomato.In the meantime, we’ll cook the pizza and focaccia that Anna and Sara have prepared and when they are ready we’ll have a Pizza party with Italian beer or Italian soft drinks. You’ll take home the focaccia and pizza you have prepared to cook and share with the people you love, enjoying a little Italian pizza party with them, you’ll also get the recipe book for the class you attended.
