Event description
Developing a collaborative “can do” mindset to ensure whole team accountability for quality!

About this Event

Empowering Agile practitioners to accelerate quality!

Are you looking to drive quality throughout your products without compromising speed of delivery? Building upon your existing Agile skills, this course will give you the knowledge and motivation to think like a quality champion.

PAQ is focused on practical application, experiential and collaborative learning through discussion and exercises. The intensive learning environment enables you experiment with new practices and techniques, accelerating you to a practitioner level.

Soft skills are equally as important as technical competencies. To that end, the course provides opportunities to develop with instructional guidance from the trainer, who is a practitioner themselves. Sharing your experiences as part of the discussion groups not only encourages collaboration, but also an opportunity to adopt new and innovative ideas on how to optimise.

Unlike other Agile courses, PAQ is built upon a competency framework that is aligned to values of the Agile Manifesto and 12 Principles.
