The iPad is creating a revolution in the classroom. This course is designed for educators to look at using the iPad in the classroom and to facilitate learning outcomes. The course covers creating documents and presentations, taking and editing photos & video, strategies for sharing documents in class, to creating eBooks and web journals. Participants will be introduced to ‘best in class’ apps that can be downloaded for the iPad to achieve these goals.

Who should attend
Teachers, AV Technicians, Tutors & Educators
Participants will need to be able to navigate around an iPad, use gestures, and understand the process of purchasing and managing apps through iTunes. Also a working knowledge of using the supplied apps for email and web browsing, along with an understanding of WiFi and internet connectivity.
For this course we have found participants prefer to bring their own iPads. Please advise if you require an iPad. We provide refreshments, lunch as well as interactive notes. Class sizes are limited.

Anton is a qualified teacher and trainer, with Adobe ACA Certification and over 15 years of experience. He has worked in the fields of video production, animation, web development and rich interactive media, incorporating both the Apple and Adobe software suites.
