Cacao creates a Heart opening experience and invites you to go deeper into your inner journey. It also has a high concentration of health-restoring and consciousness-altering compounds.We will be working with ceremonial cacao and organic rose. This is one of the most powerful ways to overcome old patterns and negative thought loops that are holding you back.The breathwork Journey is a 30-minute diaphragmatic breath technique through the nose or mouth, each breath connected to the next, no pauses in between the breaths and a few breath holds. They are influenced by traditional Peruvian and European customs, ritual and practices and offer this in their sound journeys.We release any tension, blockages, and stagnant energy by raising the energetic vibration in the room, and by approaching participants individually to transmit healing reiki energy. This may be done by placing our hands on your forehead, shoulders, hands, stomach, and feet. What to bring: Your own yoga mat, blanket, cushion, and a water bottle. You may want to bring an eye mask if that is supportive for you. Bring a notepad and pen if you wish to journal any insights.
