With the end of the year fast approaching, many of us are thinking about ways to begin the new year refreshed, renewed, and motivated to create change, and to conclude the year by surrendering and releasing all that no longer supports us.Are you feeling it?Do you want to conclude your year in a deep and meaningful way?Are you ready to surrender and release stored tension and stress from the year?Are you ready to step into a renewed sense of self?This evening is exactly for that, to release and to surrender, allowing our nervous system to rest and be nourished, to restore balance, influence our emotions positively, lead the mind into deep rest and calm, boost vitality and immunity, clear stagnant energies, and activate in us our own healing capabilities by providing the environment that helps us achieve this.We welcome you to come gather as a community, be guided through a gentle intention practice with our sacred rose-cacao, surrender and enliven yourself with the breath, and bliss out with a worldly sound journey. Pure ceremonial grade cacao is a powerful plant medicine that will harmoniously intensify the breath and sound journey with increased oxygen and the release of "bliss” chemicals within the body. Cacao creates a Heart opening experience and invites you to go deeper into your inner journey. It also has a high concentration of health-restoring and consciousness-altering compounds.We will be working with ceremonial cacao and organic rose. This is one of the most powerful ways to overcome old patterns and negative thought loops that are holding you back.The breathwork Journey is a 30-minute diaphragmatic breath technique through the nose or mouth, each breath connected to the next, no pauses in between the breaths and a few breath holds. They are influenced by traditional Peruvian and European customs, ritual and practices and offer this in their sound journeys.We release any tension, blockages, and stagnant energy by raising the energetic vibration in the room, and by approaching participants individually to transmit healing reiki energy. This may be done by placing our hands on your forehead, shoulders, hands, stomach, and feet. What to bring: Your own yoga mat, blanket, cushion, and a water bottle. You may want to bring an eye mask if that is supportive for you. Bring a notepad and pen if you wish to journal any insights.
