Join us for a relaxing and soul nourishing women's circle where women come together to connect, support each other, recieve a guided meditation with some gentle movement practices to allow you to ground back into your body before you enjoy the soothing power of a Reiki Healing.

We will then enjoy a sunset swim together full of fun, celebration, connection and play.

Set against the beautiful backdrop of Warnbro Beach, this circle is all about connection relaxation and self love. Bring your open heart and let's create some magic together!

What to Bring:

🌻 A yoga mat/towel/cushion

🌻 Light Blanket (if needed)

🌻 Journal

🌻 A crystal, a little trinket, a flower or something small you can put into the circle that represents you

🌻 Water Bottle

🌻 Comfy clothes/jacket (weather dependent...can get windy)

🌻 Your swimwear

🌻 An open heart & curious mind

🌻 All is welcome...come as you are

Where to Meet:
Park in the car park near Francis st. You should see a toilet block and bbq/grassed area. Walk past the toilet block, up the path a bit more and you will see some stairs to go down to the beach.
