Join us in person for a vibrant gathering where you get to fully express your creativity, tap into your intuition, and connect deeply with like-minded women. This circle is all about exploring your inner world through colour and movement in a restful & supportive space. Come as you are and let your colour within shine! 💛🌻🌊🎨

This circle is held slowly and intentionally, with space to move, rest, create, and integrate.✨✨

You’ll be guided through:

• Gentle grounding nervous system and embodiment practices
• Intuitive movement, Meditation & Reiki
• A creative vision board embodiment activity using colour, symbols, and sensations within the body.
• Periods of silence, reflection & sharing
• A closing integration to anchor what’s been felt
  
  There is no right way to be creative. No art experience necessary. You’re invited to come as you are and trust the process.

• Rest and have the space to simply be with your nervous system
• Reconnect with your body’s inner wisdom
• A space to express what words can’t always hold
• Create without pressure or expectation...simply letting go of the perfectionism and tuning into play and pleaure

• Sharing is always optional
• There is no fixing, advice, or commenting on others creations
• Everything shared is held in confidence
• You are welcome exactly as you are

✨ Reiki & Integration ✨

The circle will include a gentle Reiki integration to support relaxation, emotional processing, and grounding.

Reiki will be offered in a calm, respectful way... either as a group energy experience or individual touch, with consent always honoured. This is a time to rest beside your creation and allow the body and nervous system to settle and integrate.

No prior experience with Reiki is needed.

This energy exchange supports the space, materials, facilitation, and Reiki offered during the circle.

Spaces are limited to keep the circle intimate.
