Do you ever go for a walk around in your neighbourhood carrying a big sharp knife in your pocket, worrying that it'll cut a hole in your pants? Well have we got the workshop for you!

Bring along your own knife (machetes not allowed - sorry kids), and craft a sheath to hold it safely and securely, including a loop to thread through your belt so it is always at hand when something urgently needs chopping.
You'll start by selecting leather then drafting a simple pattern to suit your knife, then you'll use traditional saddle stitching techniques to assemble the sheath.
Other skills learned will be hole-punching and hardware setting, while students who are feeling more ambitious can use custom stains to colour their leather, or use Aram's selection of stamping and embossing tools to add patterns or designs to the leather.
Light refreshments are supplied and plenty of parking is available on-site. You can bring your own lunch, or if you would prefer us to fetch you a delicious banh mi from the nice shop up the road please select the lunch add-on at checkout.
