Introduction to Consumer Representation Taster Session

(This session will be held online using Zoom)

This session is a short 'taster' of our Introduction to Consumer Representation course. In this session, we'll cover what Consumer Representation is, what it can be like when you're at the table as a Consumer Representative, and a mention of what we'll cover in the full Introduction to Consumer Representation course (scheduled for Feb 20). We'll also have an opportunity for any questions you might have about Consumer Representation and the training course.

Would you like to use your experience as a patient or carer to create a better health system? We know that pro-active and skilled Consumer Representatives can do just that. Consumer Representatives play an integral role in the Australian health care system. They provide vital information and ideas from a service user’s perspective, to health services and government committees.
