Join Aunty Dale Chapman from My Dilly Bag for a bush tucker tasting table. Get tips on where to forage or buy products, have a taste of delicious bush foods as well as learn the native botanical health benefits. This workshop will be a unique opportunity for you to take the time to understand Aboriginal culture in a new way.

Aunty Dale Chapman is a Kooma, Yuwaalaraay woman from Western Queensland.

Regarded as a leader in her field, Aunty Dale is the founder of My Dilly Bag, a celebrated and award-winning chef, cookbook author, public speaker, television personality, YouTuber and lecturer.
