Intro to Power-Heart Woman

This event is designed for women that know they are great and have much to share with the world but hide their light under a bushel. You may have already kicked some goals but you know that there is something more inside of you that you have not started access...you're frustrated because you feel that you only tap into a small amount of the power, confidence and clarity that you really have.

Intro to Power-Heart Woman Course is designed to help you start to tap into this power, allowing you face situations with greater confidence and certainty in all areas of life. You'll begin to quieten your Inner-Critic so no more beating yourself up for who you are or how you show up in the world.

You will start to establish a whole new level of awareness that most cannot reach on their own so that you can put into action a new and more empowered version of You that is Real, grounded, authentic and self-accepting.

Power-Heart Woman will enable you to discover more of who You are at your core which is where your power live, not in your personality. You will have a new knowledge of and practice with using a balance of your innate masculine and feminine traits and qualities.

This is an experiential workshop where you will have your own realisations in working through the excercises that you have the opportunity to engage in on whatever level you choose.
