Whether you're an experienced yogi or just beginning, this class is open to all levels. Enjoy the calming benefits of yoga as we honour the resilience, achievements, and unity of women everywhere.

Let’s move, breathe, and celebrate the incredible women in our lives together!

Facilitated by Nikki Di Costa from Core Health Shift. Nikki is a qualified yoga instructor, pharmacist, counsellor, and wellness coach.

Where: Bert Wright Park - 25 King William Street Bayswater

When: 5:45pm - 6:45pm March 2026.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. If not a yoga mat will be provided.

Our free yoga is incredibly popular and spots fill up fast! If you book a place but don’t attend, it means someone else misses out on this wonderful opportunity. Please be mindful when booking - if your plans change, kindly cancel your spot so another can enjoy the session.
