Whether you're an experienced yogi or just beginning, this class is open to all levels. Enjoy the calming benefits of yoga as we honour the resilience, achievements, and unity of women everywhere.

Facilitated by Nikki Di Costa from Core Health Shift. Nikki is a qualified yoga instructor, pharmacist, counsellor, and wellness coach.
Where: Bert Wright Park - 25 King William Street Bayswater
When: 5:45pm - 6:45pm March 2026.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. If not a yoga mat will be provided.
Our free yoga is incredibly popular and spots fill up fast! If you book a place but don’t attend, it means someone else misses out on this wonderful opportunity. Please be mindful when booking - if your plans change, kindly cancel your spot so another can enjoy the session.
Please be aware that by participating in the yoga session you are acknowledging that you are medically fit to undertake such activities and you are participating at your own risk. Photographs will be taken during the session. If you prefer not to be photographed, please approach the coordinator before the session commences.
