Cat is excited to be sharing about her topic…
‘From Silenced to Unstoppable: How to Find Your Voice'
Women are taught to shrink. To be nice, be quiet, don’t take up space. For years, Cat Dunn lived exactly that reality for 20 years. After leaving an abusive relationship, she found herself homeless and rebuilding her life from scratch. Today, she’s the founder of Life After I Left, a live storytelling event and podcast where women share the moments that changed them. Women speak publicly for the first time and lives are changed; all because they're finally seen.
Cat shares the lessons and simple practices that helped her - and the dozens of women on her stage - move from silence to bring unstoppable. You'll learn how to reclaim your voice, take up space with confidence, and step toward the life you actually want.

Sarah Townsend
Sarah Townsend is a confidence and authenticity coach who helps women step out of performance mode and into their own magic. She works across personal branding, helping clients embody their brand so they feel alive, aligned + fully themselves; leadership coaching, supporting people to lead in their own way and life coaching, guiding women done being “fine” to reconnect with what they actually want.Sarah runs public workshops like Voice + Visibility and The LeadHERship Project, and partners with organisations to deliver learning experiences that shift thinking and create real impact. Her approach blends the warmth of a cosy couch, the guidance of a big sister and the hype of a cheerleader - holding space, challenging gently and celebrating breakthroughs along the way.She helps people liberate themselves from rules, roles and self-imposed limits - stepping fully into confidence, authenticity and presence.
Sarah is excited to be sharing about her topic…
‘The Roles We Play. The Rules We Obey.'
From a young age, many women learn the rules - be agreeable, be capable, be calm, don’t be a burden, don’t make it awkward. Over time, these rules turn into roles, shaping how we show up in our families, workplaces + lives. In her early 30s, she was diagnosed with chronic stress - a moment that revealed how deeply she had internalised these rules and how tightly she was living inside the roles they created. The strong one. The calm one. The one who always has her sh*t together. This conversation explores how the rules women inherit often go unquestioned, how roles become mistaken for identity and how self-abandonment is normalised (and even rewarded). It invites women to gently challenge what they’ve been carrying and to consider which rules are worth keeping and which are quietly costing them their health, energy and sense of self. It’s about conscious choice. And the freedom that comes from rewriting the rules that no longer serve.
