About this event

You’re invited to be part of our annual International Women's Day Summit.

Join us for a day dedicated to thought-provoking discussions and open conversations, where we bring together leaders, changemakers, and advocates who are actively paving the way for a gender-equal future.

You'll hear from guest speakers representing our Endorsed Employers who champion women's progress. These organizations have made exceptional strides in supporting and elevating women, and they will share their invaluable insights and experiences with you.

Our keynote speaker will undoubtedly leave you inspired and motivated, providing fresh perspectives on the path to gender equality.

This summit isn't just about listening; it's also about connecting. You'll have the opportunity to engage with other leading employers who share the same commitment to supporting women's careers and driving equity in the workplace. Together, we can make a meaningful difference.

What's in store for you:

  • A two-course lunch and drinks
  • Special guest keynote by Jessica Gallagher
  • Panel discussion + Q&A
  • Networking opportunity
  • Amazing door prizes from incredible organisations

We believe it's crucial for men to be active participants in conversations about gender equity. To ensure diverse perspectives, we've set a 40% target for male representation at the event. Please invite your male colleagues to join us.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to ski down a mountain at 100km/hr? Or to ride a tandem bike being controlled by someone else at over at 69km/hour? How you might do this when you’re vision impaired and being guided by someone else acting as your eye sight? Would you have the courage to trust someone when they take your life into their hands?

Jess has been profiled as one of 200 Women Who Will Change The Way You See The World and in 2023 RMIT University awarded her an Honorary Doctorate in Social Sciences. Jess is the first Australian dual summer and winter Paralympic medallist, Australia’s first female winter Paralympic medallist and an Australian representative across 4 sports. These experiences speak for themselves but it’s her ability to bring the authenticity of these experiences on and off the sporting field and create synergy with her audience that is unique.

She will challenge you to think differently and change the way you see your world.
