Katie has more than 12 years of experience as an Exercise Physiologist, bringing extensive expertise in supporting a broad range of health and medical needs.

Her specialties include prehabilitation and rehabilitation following surgery, management of chronic conditions and a particular interest in pre and post-natal training, and women's health.
