International Student Orientation

Orientation session for new commencing international students in Semester 1 2026.

If Semester 1 2026 is your first semester studying at ANU or if you are an exchange student, this session is for you!

In this session, you can learn more about:

1. What are my student visa requirements and how does this relate to my studies at ANU?

2. What do I do if I am unwell or sick while in Australia?

3. Legal support and other support for international students

4. Keeping yourself safe while in Australia.

5. Other relevant information - proof of identity, driving in Australia, English language support and other services.

Arrival from 1:30 PM for a 2:00 PM start.

Please note the event is for new students only. If a student holds more than one ticket, we will cancel the additional ticket/s to allow other students to reserve a ticket.
