Join people from a variety of faiths and beliefs to promote justice and fair treatment for people living with drug and alcohol dependency.
About this event
Please join the Uniting Church Synod of NSW & ACT, the Australian National Imams Council, Jewish House and St James Anglican Church for a service to unite people from a broad spectrum of faiths and beliefs to extend compassion and support to people living with drug and alcohol dependency and their loved ones. The service will be followed by an offering of morning tea.
Please join us to:
- Lift in prayer those who are struggling with drug related issues and their families
- Honour the dignity and worth of all people
- Share hope for the availability of health treatment when people seek it
- Share hope for justice for all people and a society that is compassionate and fair.
