This event is all about embracing the different stages of Life, and learning how to integrate them into your life seamlessly. In these days we bring our focus to internal and external systems for release, healing, and wholeness.

Time: 9:30am-6:00pm (90min catered lunch, plus breaks)

Location: Mantra Mooloolaba Beach Conference Centre

Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and gain valuable insights into your own life journey. See you there!

Explore how the stages of your life shape your relationships, health, fulfilment and happiness. Together we’ll explore your life stages and journey into adulthood. We invite greater clarity about our inner and outer constraints using Family and Systemic Constellations, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and group-work. Here we look into meeting our stage-appropriate needs, loosening entanglements through resolving unfinished bonding, grief and conflict. Acknowledging our excluded emotions, inter-generational inheritances, thoughts and knowings (often that were removed from awareness for our survival and stability) allows us new growth and perspectives.

Completing our childhood, teen, and adult journeys allows the flow of life and love, and prepares us for our end-of-life in this body. In this four-day experiential workshop at beautiful Mooloolaba, Queensland we discover what’s unfinished and take steps to release our places of stuckness and entanglement. Join us for our quest to support deep transitions - searching for more truth, meaning and adult presence in a group of like-minded seekers. In midlife people often become less impulsive, more thoughtful about their work, more open to life's complexities, and more aware of their intuitive feelings. It's a wonderful time to start a new project or clarify your direction!

Suitable for those seriously interested in personal growth. The sessions provide an opportunity for professional and personal growth in a supportive atmosphere. Confidentiality and safety will be discussed on the first day, and the expectation of self-care, self-responsibility and support is key. As this is not group or individual therapy we do not recommend attending if you are in crisis or active recovery, or find that groups over-activate your nervous system. If you are warmly intrigued and have curiousity about ongoing integration and elaboration of your adult self in well-held groups, please read on.

Experiential work requires safety, warmth, and heat in the crucible for transformation, growth, and change. This intensity is our connection with Life. If you have this calling, want to amplify it, or are looking to reconnect with the flow of life and love, this intensity is how we connect with the Eros, sparkle, and energy of our unique path.

Previous participants say...

"Wow ! the energies of the group allowed the emergence of a gentle, contained, yet at times, confronting experiences akin to those found in deep meditative states and psilocybin states, however there was a sense of the consent of the seeker/explorer/client being repeatedly sought. Thus, there is an ongoing refinding of enough safety for the boundaries within and between different spaces to be noticed, named, held and cherished."

"I will be forever grateful for attending Simon and Gabriela's workshop. I feel that I achieved in 4 days, what I could not in years of therapy. I since uncovered other family secrets and learnt more about my family ancestry. My family is talking more and my relationship with my husband deepened. I feel the love of my ancestors and I am so greatfull to be here. Thank you so much!"

"The workshop was so needed and was right for me. I also felt that participants also brought their self energy, openness, depth of wisdom and curiosity. I felt that the workshop provided a great place for them to meet and connect not only horizontally and very very vertically (through generations of love and life). I also realised the interplay between us, the venue, the staff at the centre, and the nature is so real and I appreciate that. Thank you, Simon and Gabriela!"

"A wonderful workshop. It was really amazing and inspiring."

"Releasing blocks holding us back in life, achieved with the support and love of the group, guidance of facilitators, wisdom of the body and having conversations with our ancestors. Transpersonal experience that travels in space and time and touches other family loved ones. It can't be described in words and must be experienced!"

"This workshop expanded my view to myself and people around me to the extend that it allowed the space for missing puzzles to come together."

"A fascinating dive into family constellation ideas and how they work in practice. Interesting group and lovely sense of connection."

(From the developer of Constellations) Bert Hellinger: New Paths

"The practitioners and the all the other participants experienced another consciousness, far beyond the relationships of ‘I’ and ‘You’. The ‘I’ that wanted something was carried along by an ‘We’, which meant it ceased being an ‘I’ in the usual sense, an ‘I’ that included ideas about good and bad, better and worse, even healthy and sick. These new ‘We’ constellations enthralled everybody present: everyone was drawn into the constellation in an individual way and learnt to take. Participants were reminded to take personal responsibility for their own actions and the consequences of those actions. The duality in our relationships: of helper and client, of knowledgeable and ignorant, was swept away by an all-embracing ‘We’. Everyone was able to, and had to, fit into a greater whole, but with a sense of self-responsibility intact. This was also true across the dimensions of our own health and illness, our happiness or misery.

Family constellations revealed that everyone is always present with several other people. Everyone lives different lives and in several places. Everyone is simultaneously taken into service for many others. By whom or what? By an all-embracing movement that decides over our welfare in a comprehensive way. Can anyone come between us and this movement? Are we not all taken in by the same creative power and guided on the path that serves our fate as has been decreed for us? This present time is also just one among many that we must live in and through, in order to become whole, increasingly freed and purified by this power."
