What is an InnerDance ~Kundalini EnerJourney - IMMERSION?

An Immersion provides an opportunity to delve more fully into one’s experience of the kundalini / life force energy through participating in 3 daily sessions of this unique practice, within the deepening resonance and collective energy of a supportive group of other journeyers.

This Intensive Immersion allows for your experience of surrender to evolve as elements of the facilitation process and the soundscapes are varied, and intermixed with integrative practices, yoga, partner work and grounding practices to support you in this weekend journey.

The Program

This Immersive program is organised around 6 Soundscape Sessions, with the playlists intended to take you through the different energy centres and aspects of your inner being. Between sessions we will do short practices to support relaxation, centering and connection.

Day 2 we will go into Elements of Facilitation and space holding for those who are interested in this.

We offer this Immersion format allowing more space to integrate the energy and connection with self and the divine.

Who is this immersion weekend for?

These Immersions are generaly for people who have already experienced InnerDance ~ Kundalini EnerJourney or something similar before, and preferably have had at least one Session, with myself, or Richard and are ready to dive deeper into embodiment of this energy. Please contact me if we have not yet met.

Workshop Times for the Weekend:

You will need to be in attendance for 7 1/2 hours each day.

Saturday 9:30am-5pm & Sunday 10am-5:30pm

It is possible to attend one day only on the Saturday.
