Is this an ecstatic dance?

No, it is a sound driven meditation and sound healing where you will be laying down with your eyes closed, journeying inwards. That being said, if you feel like getting up and dancing, we won't be stopping you :)

Do I need prior experience?

None :) We will gently guide you to relax as the music gradually takes over and guides your brainwaves deeper. Ideally you can come with an open mind, trust, and intention to surrender to the process, but don't let any apprehension hold you back. Come experience it for yourself!

What if I am feeling unwell or need to cancel?

Please if you are feeling unwell on the day or need to cancel for some reason, simply request to change to a future event and a code will be provided to get a ticket to a future event.

What if I have a medical or psychological condition?

Innerdance may not be suitable for everyone, especially individuals with certain medical or psychological conditions such as but not limited to bipolar disorder, epilepsy or schizophrenia. If you have any doubts about your ability to participate, please contact the facilitator prior to booking

Pi Villaraza the founder chanced upon a powerful life-altering healing vibration while living alone on a deserted beach in the Philippines for two years. He calls it innerdance highlighting the internal journey which feels like a dance within.
