Discover Her is a beginner pole dance workshop created as a space for you to try something new, move your body, and reconnect with the parts of yourself we so often forget are there, your confidence, your playfulness, and your natural ability to feel good in your body. This workshop is all about enjoying movement, building confidence, and giving yourself permission to simply show up and have fun. No experience is needed, just come as you are.

With a small group setting, you’ll have the opportunity to feel comfortable, supported, and move at your own pace. Expect a welcoming atmosphere where you can laugh, learn something new, and leave feeling proud of yourself for showing up.

Please bring socks, a water bottle, and wear something you feel comfortable moving in.
