Inner-Self Breathwork

Release • Let Go • Community Connection


Inner-Self Breathwork is a subconscious, body-led breathwork experience designed to help you reconnect with your inner world, release emotional tension, and return to your heart supported by sound, safety, and community.

This is not just a breathwork session.
It is a purposeful small group experience where you are guided to soften, open, and let go… at your own pace.

This session is facilitated by Asami Iwasaki, founder of Breath’in, a breathwork and sound healing space created through her lived experience and personal mental wellbeing journey.

Asami has worked in the community and mental health sector, and continues to support individuals through wellness-based practices. She currently teaches at a well-known gym and has facilitated multiple community events and group experiences across Sydney.

Her work is grounded in both real-life experience and embodied practice, as she continues exploring somatic body work, nervous system education, and sound immersion as a sound bath facilitator.




What to Expect

This session is intentionally designed to support both release and connection.

Opening cacao:

We begin with a gentle welcoming cacao to open the heart, ground the body, and set the tone for the space.


Regulation Breathwork:

We then move into regulation-style breathwork — a style that is calming, supportive, and designed to help you learn tools you can take home and apply in daily life.


Conenction Circle:

This is one of the most powerful parts of Breath’in group sessions.
A safe and guided connection circle where you can share, reflect, or simply listen ,only if you feel called to.

There is no pressure to speak.
But there is an invitation to feel supported.


Release and let go Breathwork:

Once the body is ready, we move into a deeper breathwork journey to release stored tension, emotion, and what you’ve been holding onto.


Sound and Integration:

We close with sound and integration — allowing the nervous system to settle, the body to absorb, and the mind to soften.

This is a space where you can breathe, feel, and come back to yourself — surrounded by others who are also choosing growth. This is a purposeful small group session, which means spaces are limited and often sell out quickly.

Just an open mind and a willingness to connect.

By booking this session, you confirm that you do not have any serious medical or mental health conditions that may place you at risk during breathwork.
