Taraka’s work is driven by a commitment to social justice, self-care, environmental kindness, and preventing professional burnout. Haritha is a skilled Trauma Therapist, Somatic Movement Facilitator, and Strength Coach. She utilizes trauma-informed body and movement-based techniques to assist individuals of all ages in finding safety, embodiment, and healing from trauma.
