Can I bring my child to my course?

Small babies are welcome at our public courses if you don't have a baby sitter. Toddlers can be (beautifully) distracting so where possible, so we discourage you bringing them along. We want to ensure others attending are able to get as much out of the course as possible.

Will I get a certification?

Our Infant and Child First Aid course is Non- Accredited training which does not lead to a nationally recognised certificate.

What do I need to bring?

Just yourself, a comfortable outfit that you can move in. Please bring a water bottle and a snack (cause snacks make everything more fun!) We will provide the learning materials and a pen, as well as a hot beverage or two.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Any cancellations within 14 days of your booking will unfortunately result in forfeiting the entire fee. This is because we will have turned away other bookings at the time that your booking was for. We encourage you to contact us as early as possible to see if we can assist with rebooking or transf

Learn practical, life-saving skills including CPR, choking, anaphylaxis, asthma, seizures, burns, bleeding, drowning, and more! Plus valuable everyday medical knowledge such as understanding rashes, recognising respiratory distress, managing fevers, knowing when to seek help, and when to head to the emergency department.

Facilitated by an experienced paediatric emergency nurse, our evidence-based sessions are warm, engaging, and empowering, helping you feel confident, calm, and capable in caring for your little one.

We apologise, but we do not offer refunds for course cancellations. We understand that things change and illnesses strike, if you are unable to attend a course please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to transfer your booking to another course where possible.
