We begin February with Threshold Talisman — a floral adornment hung at the doorway to draw in positive energy and support the manifestation of our intentions for the year ahead.
We open with a shared tea ritual.
We sit in circle, sharing our journeys so far and calling in intentions for the path ahead.
The focus is on releasing what no longer nourishes us and inviting in what truly fulfils us.
We close with gentle, embodied movement — a chance to let go of what feels heavy and listen to what feels true.
