Learn the structure of managing employee performance so you can do it quickly and effectively get the performance improvements that you want.

The benefit to you by coming along: You'll leave the workshop a more confident and effective leader and your staff will respect you more for managing their performance well.

This is just one of the secrets that you'll get by learning more about improving employee performance — employees perform better for confident, effective managers.

And, it simply comes down to having a great plan. Having a well structured, simple, effective plan so your employees can succeed for you.

That's the big secret.

I find managers ask me all the time:

  • How do I handle distracted employees?
  • How do I handle inconsistent effort?
  • How do I handle employees that don't care?
  • How do I handle push back when all I'm asking for is staff to do their jobs?
  • Is there a really quick way and painless way to turn performance around?
  • How can I raise perfroamnce issues without risking staff leaving or causing bigger problems?
  • How do you handle staff performance?
  • What do you do?

That's what my half day performance workshop is all about.

The 4 "C" method:

  • Clarify
  • Collate
  • Communicate
  • Consequences

Clarify

One of the most common mistakes managers make it to do their employee's work for them because its easier / faster than trying to explain it (again). In this step we focus on getting super clear on you expect from your staff and what the priorites are in your organisation. Then I'll show you how to close the gap between where performance is now and where you want it to be.

Collate

In this step we turn all that knowledge and information into a specially designed plan. Talking about tasks is only half of the picture, I'll show you how to get an improvement in attitude as well. You'll learn how to preapre the sort of instructions staff will follow.

Communicate

My workshop are hands on and practical so in this stage we are going to build your confidence and skills around delivering performance messages. 80% of managers avoid or ignore performance discussions and they pay a high price for it, I'm going to show you how not to be one of them.

Consequences

The final step is to get you skilled up on how to make sure staff stick to the plan. Managers have the greatest influence over the performance of their staff by the way they handle good and bad performance. It's time to leverage this knowledge to get a consistent improvement in the performance of your team.

This is what others says about my recent workshops

Whilst there are many different businesses out there offering a vast range of products and services, one thing we have in common is that we all have to work with people.

It was for this reason that I was interested in attending one of Andrea’s workshops with the objective of getting a better understanding for dealing with my staff.

From the get go, Andrea created a relaxed atmosphere which I found was an excellent environment to learn in.

The content of the course was purposeful and fun, not only did I pick up some excellent tips for how to better communicate with my staff, I also learnt a lot about my own behaviours.

I would strongly recommend any business owner not to miss the opportunity of getting some ‘People Strong’ advise from Andrea Tunjic.

Having worked with Andrea and having read her book, I knew that this would be a valuable workshop, so much so that I actively encouraged a number of my clients to attend.

Andrea was able to provide useful practical advice. The workshop was structured so that each concept built on the next and I walked away with a leadership development plan. There was a high level of interaction, with the ability to ask questions which was fantastic.

The people who I recommended attend each thanked me for letting them know about the workshop. I would recommend this workshop to anyone who is responsible for managing or leading people, to someone who wants to improve their ability to influence others and have a happier and more productive team.
