Implications of Current Legislative Requirements on the roles of Company Secretaries and Board Minutes Secretaries
Recognizing the importance of these roles, the seminar provides Company Secretaries and Ministry Board Minute Secretaries with current information about the implications of legislative requirements on the exercise of their roles within an ISMAPNG ministry. It also provides an opportunity for networking, professional dialogue and discussion of issues arising from the seminar input and/or related ministry-specific issues.
