A (FREE) Full‑Day, Hands‑On Workshop for WA’s Arts & Events Creatives
Calling all arts professionals, festival folk, cultural practitioners, creative producers, community arts groups, and the brilliant humans who keep WA’s arts and events scene alive… this one’s for you. 🎨🎭🎶✨
Join us for a full‑day Impact Café: From Issue to Impact workshop crafted especially for the Arts, Culture & Events sector - a fun, practical, conversation‑driven session designed to help you strengthen your project ideas, sharpen your funding story, and build confidence in demonstrating your impact.
Whether you’re developing a new event, launching a creative project, planning a community arts initiative, designing a festival activation, or just want to get better at measuring and communicating the magic you create - this workshop will give you the tools to do it well.
What we’ll explore together:
🎬 Good project design – shape your idea into something clear, purposeful and fundable
🎨 Outcomes measurement – how to capture the real change your work creates
📸 Collecting the right data & evidence – creatively and without killing the vibe
📊 Acquittal planning – make reporting easier, smarter, and way less painful
🎤 Telling your impact story with confidence – bring your data to life in a way funders love
🌱 Planning for sustainability – ensure your project (and its impact) can grow
🤝 Cross‑sector connection – meet others making brilliant things happen across WA
This isn’t a boring lecture or a dry grants session. It’s hands‑on, creative and collaborative - packed with practical tools you’ll use throughout the day to develop or refine a real project of your own.
