Immersive Painting & Storytime is a free, family-friendly community event that invites local children to help create and celebrate a new Little Community Library at Carlson Park.
Children will take part in a guided painting activity alongside an Indigenous artist, leaving their handprint and name on the library as a lasting contribution to the park. Following the creative session, families will enjoy a relaxed outdoor storytime and craft session led by Council librarians, with picnic mats and cushions provided.
Complimentary hot drinks by Liquid Infusion will be available, creating a welcoming, social atmosphere for families to connect, create, and enjoy their local park.
