What's the experience going to be like?

This is a gentle guided meditation involving your breath, your imagination, your heart and your awareness. All of this is gentle, slow, soft. I hope you find incremental, gradual healing, insight, clarity within this space.

Is this a one-off event?

These run every fortnight, as an open offer to anybody feeling called to further their inner work. Fortnightly Monday's at 6:30am Melbourne time.

The most common barrier I hear from people is 'I don't have time' to go to a class, to join a 1-hour or longer online class. So, here's a 25-minute session opportunity :). This window of time is more than enough to make progress.
