IFS Community of practice/sharing group for therapists

Welcome to our in-person gathering for therapists interested in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy! Join us at Diddillibah for an afternoon of sharing experiences, insights, and techniques related to IFS. This community of practice is a safe space to connect with fellow therapists, ask questions, and deepen your understanding of this transformative approach. Whether you're new to IFS or have years of experience, all are welcome to come together, learn from each other, and grow in our therapeutic practice. Don't miss this opportunity to be a part of our supportive and collaborative community!

Our group is facilitated by Level 3 trained IFS therapist Stephanie Mitchell who has over 100 hours of in person training with the founder of IFS, Richard Schwartz. (You can see my website here: www.stephaniemitchell.com.au)

It is my hope that this group will become a space for mutual sharing of skills, and while I will be initially facilitating, I hope that we will all be bringing our wisdom and experiences to deepen into our own personal parts work. In IFS we cannot be effective practitioners unless our parts trust ourSelf, so much of the work we do together will be personal work.

Our time together will be shaped by the group, but some of the offerings will include, IFS meditations, exercises, teaching on topics followed by practice pairs, use of art, SoulCollage, somatic approaches, and other mediums for externalisations and parts mapping, etc.

This group is essentially 'free' to attend but due to limited numbers for the space, I am asking a small fee which helps to ensure genuine interest from those that register, and I will provide afternoon tea with the funds.

This group will be a maximum of 15 participants.
