Blanket-Forts were a completely acceptable, and a fantastic way for young folk to express themselves creatively, with the added reward of having an awesome place in which to celebrate how clever you had been.
Blanket-Forts are cosy, personal, and downright whimsical. And sharing them with friends creates a truly unique bonding experience.
You could construct a private escape to anywhere you want to be, or away from where you are. A sanctuary of your own design; decorated with the things you like. For a time, you had made your own world. A safe world, for you and your friends, to enjoy, and be yourselves
We are going to do it again, together!
This year’s Ice Cream Social Experiment will be a live, online industry event,
which we sincerely would love for you to take part in, Hopefully from within your own personal Blanket-Fort!
Any folk in the Game industry, studying to be in the Game industry are welcome to join.
This year, that also extends to Board Game peeps too!
We’ll be posting how-to guides, with various levels of complexity: from the minimalist ‘Comforter-Cloud’ to the Bespoke ‘Dream-House’
