We know navigating your way through the home loan application process can be daunting. Having the information you need to understand the process and make important decisions will help address some of the stress that comes with the home ownership journey.

This workshop is designed to provide you with information you will need when applying for a home loan through IBA, and answer any questions you may have.

What we’ll cover

In this one hour webinar we will discuss:

  • IBA Eligibility Criteria – What criteria do you need to meet to be considered for a loan through IBA
  • IBA Home Loan Products – Make an informed decision on whether an IBA home loan is right for you
  • Discuss the key application phases – we will provide a step by step guide to the IBA home loan process
  • Interest Rate and Deposit Requirements – we will provide information about our commencement interest rates and deposit requirements
  • Loan Scenarios – we will look at a couple of loan scenarios
  • Common barriers to home ownership; and
  • Resources tools – your options if you need assistance and what tools are available.

· Who’s it for?

· This online workshop is designed for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their partners who are interested in applying for a home loan through IBA and want more information about the process. Our facilitators are experienced lenders who understand our customers.

· Workshop details

· To accommodate participants we have different session times available for you to choose from.

· Please ensure to check the time zone as it may be different depending on where you are located.

· 'IMPORTANT INFORMATION '

· The online workshop will be facilitated via Microsoft Teams. A link with login details will be emailed to you by an IBA staff member prior to your session. You can't access the session via Eventbrite.

· It's up to you whether you turn your camera on or leave it off. This session is for you, we want you to feel comfortable and provide an environment where you can supported.

· Please make sure you have read and understood IBA's Privacy Policy on the IBA website before registering.

· You will be sent a link from an IBA staff member on the day of your event. Please make sure to check your junk mail.
