In order to best create and deliver value, it is critical to understand your client, customer, consumer and/or community needs. During this workshop, we will help you better understand your users, recognising their interests, passions, pains and the jobs they need your venture or project to perform.

We will be using the Persona Tool to characterise these users, and mapping the journey they go through when engaging with the pains that your venture’s value proposition is looking to serve. This Journey Map is a narrative tool that provides greater clarity about your venture’s activities and resources, while also helping you pinpoint the key opportunities to deliver and capture value.

This session will commence at 9am sharp, and there are limited seats, so don’t forget to register.

Free coffee will be provided all day by local entrepreneur Sly Fox.
