If, for reasons beyond the control of IABC Asia Pacific, Fusion 2026 conference is cancelled or postponed, the registrant understands that they will receive full refund from IABC Asia Pacific. However, any losses or damages that the registrant incurs as a result of such changes or cancellations will be their responsibility and not that of IABC Asia Pacific, its directors, officers, agents, or subcontractors. Registrants understand that they may lose any money they have already spent on travel, lodging, and other expenses related to the conference should it be cancelled or postponed.

Cancellation by a delegate must be confirmed in writing via email. Cancellations submitted on or before 31 August will incur a 30% penalty plus any administrative fees. Cancellations submitted on or after 1 September 2026 will not be eligible for a refund. Substitution will be allowed, but the request must be made via email and confirmed by IABC APAC. If the substitute delegate is not an IABC Member, they must pay the difference in conference fees if the original delegate was an IABC Member.
