February 22nd, 2026, Team Transform (Official HYROX Training Club) is bringing the HYROX experience back to Fairfield East!
Grab a friend and get ready to push your limits and test your endurance in our very own Race Simulation event. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, this event is perfect for all levels. Challenge yourself, meet like-minded individuals, and have a blast while breaking a sweat.
Whether you are testing yourself before the next HYROX race in Brisbane, or you just want to give it a go before signing up for the real thing, this is your chance to experience HYROX and see what the fitness world is raving about.
Compete as a Pair, or Solo.
The Race Format:
1km Run + 1km Ski + 1km Run + 50m Sled Push + 1km Run + 50m Sled Rope Pull + 1km Run + 80m Burpee Broad Jumps + 1km Run + 1km Rower + 1km Run + 200m DKB Farmers Carry + 1km Run + 100m Core Bag Travelling Lunges + 1km Run + 100x Wall Ball Squat Throw
Please Note: Due to limited Sleds, the exercises may have to be done slightly out of order.
Pairs: Both are required to run all 8km. The exercises can be completed YGIG (You Go I Go) in any way you like, as long as you complete the entire distance/reps in total as a pair.
Waves will be spread out every 10mins. 4 competitors per wave.
Following the race, stick around to cheer on others, and then celebrate your hard work with a tasty morning tea!
