We're bringing the full HYROX simulation to F45 Training Seaforth, an official HYROX Training Club.

Running both inside and outside the studio, you'll take on the complete race format, testing your endurance, strength, pacing and mental grit.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

When registering, please indicate:

• Whether you're competing solo or as a team
• Your most recent HYROX finish time or target finish time
• If entering as a team, your teammate's name(s)

This will help us organise participants into suitable waves and keep the event running smoothly.

First timers are welcome! If you haven't competed before, simply provide your estimated finish time.

EVENT INFORMATION & DISCLAIMER

Wave Times

Final wave allocations and start times will be confirmed by email no later than 4:00 pm on the day prior to the event. Please ensure your email address is correct when registering.

Wet Weather & Event Cancellation

Participant safety is our priority. In the event of adverse weather conditions, F45 Training Seaforth reserves the right to cancel the event for safety reasons.

Any decision to cancel due to weather will be made by 7:00 am on the day of the event, and all registered participants will be notified.

Should the event be cancelled due to adverse weather, all participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees.
