This session is designed to help us understand our feminine and masculine energies and our counterparts, fostering deeper empathy and connection. To become ONE.What to Expect:<ul><li>Unity and Understanding: Experience the synergy of combining masculine and feminine energies and how this union enriches our understanding of both ourselves and others.</li><li>Safe Space for Vulnerability: Engage in open, honest sharing in a supportive environment where everyone feels heard and valued.</li><li>Compassion and Connection: Explore how this balance of energies can enhance our relationships—whether with partners, colleagues, children, or ourselves.</li></ul> Benefits of the Human Circle<ul><li>Integrated Insight: Gain a better understanding of the masculine and feminine aspects within yourself that might have been overlooked.</li><li>Enhanced Relationships: Learn how compassion and acceptance of each other’s differences can improve all relationships.</li><li>Personal Growth: Strengthen your relationship with yourself by embracing and balancing your internal energies.</li></ul>What is included:<ul><li>Introduction to duality, masculine and feminine energy. </li><li>Learn about your chakra points. </li><li>Share stories, pain and joy. </li><li>How could women and men support each other? </li><li>Yoga mats and blankets are provided so you can travel light</li><li>Warm herbal tea</li><li>Connections with like-minded people</li><li>Guided HU meditation to self enquire and your path to oneness.</li><li>An open space to share and listen.</li></ul>What to Bring:<ul><li>An open heart and mind.</li><li>Journals and a pen if you feel like writing down.</li><li>Comfortable clothing.</li><li>Any personal items that help you feel grounded and centred.
