Arrival: Come & get cosy 15 minutes prior to the start time!
What to expect: We'll kick things off with a hello, flowing on to a 45minute yoga flow. A pause for conversation cards, then time to chat over snacks across the road at Miss Mat Cafe
What to bring: Drink bottle.
The studio provides Yoga Mats
What to wear: Comfortable gym / sports wear.
Parking: Access to small parking laneway off Carlise Avenue Balaclava or street parking. Look for the cobbelstone laneway - next to the carpark with boom gates.
