HSC Workshop: Modern History
This workshop, presented by Anne Gripton, will look at important HSC exam techniques, tips and tricks for Modern History.
We will look at the 4 sections of the exam, what is required, and handy hints to know for each. We’ll also take a close look at the Core: Power and Authority and think about how best to work with sources.
During the session we’ll also cover how best to use your time in the lead up to your exams.
Bring your own lunch, charged device or notepad, and water bottle.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
Anne Gripton is the current President of the History Teachers’ Association NSW. She is an experienced History teacher across all three senior Histories at a range of schools, has been a Head of History, is a textbook author and presenter.
ABOUT THE VENUE:
MARRICKVILLE PAVILION AND LIBRARY is accessible by lift from both the street and ground levels. The venue is accessible for people using wheelchairs and other mobility aids. There is a hearing loop available.
