After six terms of learning Mathematics Standard, you are possibly still learning new topics and here comes the 2.5-hour Trial HSC Examination. If that is a cause for concern, it's not too late to make a positive difference to your most heavily weighted assessment task.
In this three-hour session, Stuart will provide you with last-minute advice and resources which can be implemented in the time you have left. We will focus on the concepts which are most likely to appear in your Trial HSC, the somewhat predictable questions from Year 11 and Year 12 which form the bread-and-butter marks which everybody should get right.
ABOUT THE FACILTATOR:
Stuart Palmer has been helping students prepare for HSC mathematics examinations for five decades. He is the lead author of the series of textbooks for Year 7 to 10 called Cambridge MATHS NSW Syllabus for the Australian Curriculum. He taught in NSW schools for 26 years and more recently has been assisting and advising teachers and students.
