Cracking the Lucrative Tender Market

Explaining how winning work through relationships and referrals is GREAT! In fact, most businesses would be pleased if this was the only way new business was won. We detail the complex world of tendering in this session however; businesses wanting to grow or attract new customers (especially government agencies or major commercial companies) must invariably produce tenders and proposals and win work in a competitive context.

The fact that business owners, managers and key staff are already stretched means that the job of preparing tenders is relegated to late at night or delegated to whoever is considered the least busy. These tactics do not allow for the best possible chance of winning.

There is an art and science to producing winning tenders - and isn't as daunting as you might think.

Try this simple test :

  • Do you find preparing tenders hard or confusing?

  • Have you lost a tender and don't really know why?

  • Do you think a tender template will solve your problems?

The outcome from this workshop will give the workshop participants :

  • How to produce persuasive and compelling documentation to get that essential competitive advantage;

  • How to avoid common tendering mistakes;

  • Ways to stretch your tender writing budget.
