Bianka completed her undergraduate psychology degree in Germany in 2006 before moving to Australia in 2007. She expanded her knowledge with a master’s degree in psychology and advanced diploma in management.After 10 years working in the Northern Territory, Bianka relocated to Forster and has worked in non-government and private health settings and recently added academic work to her resume. Bianka has been trained in the scientistpractitioner approach and operates from an evidenced-based framework in her work with clients, workplaces, and projects. Meg Campbell<a href="https://coasttocountryhr.com.au/" title="https://coasttocountryhr.com.au/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Coast to Country HR</a>Meg holds 15 years’ experience working in the HR, ER/IR &amp; WHS space, across all industries from heavy industry, transport, finance, disability &amp; community services sector to agriculture.With a focus on aligning big picture strategies to day-to-day business processes and people initiatives, Meg has held numerous HR leadership positions and developed a strong business acumen to support your organisation.
