This style of breathwork invites you to journey beyond the mind and into the depths of your subconscious, unlocking repressed emotions, memories, and insights that are ready to be felt, released, or integrated.

What is Cacao?

Cacao is a sacred plant medicine made from the raw beans of the cacao fruit, traditionally used by the Mayans and Aztecs in ancient rituals. This delicious and potent drink gently guides you out of the mind and into the wisdom of the body, opening the heart and deepening your inner journey.
