Created by Nourished Energy’s Loretta Carraro and special guests, Holistic Soul Coaching is a foundational course that supports Lightworker’s in the health and wellness space who are desiring a deeper level of knowledge to become a greater catalyst for change. Based on traditional life coaching, NLP models, energy healing, and spiritual development combined with the deeper aspects of inner work, HSC is a course that offers a unique methodology, that ditches the one-size-fits-all approach and enables you to deepen your self trust as a masterful practitioner.

This live, 12 week course has been created to help support practitioners become masterful Lightworkers. The magic of holding space for clients where they are currently at, but also helping them move forward to where they want to be.

This course is for the energy healer who is ready to advance the way they support their clients. Helping them to make life-changing shifts.

As practitioners, most of what we do is hold the space for clients. In contrast, this coaching course is about combining the already existing expertise and skills as a healer or practitioner. In doing so, you can effectively take that to a whole other level, and actually help clients move forward.

Holistic Soul Coaching weaves the transformational magic of shadow work, inner child, higher-self journeying, somatics, archetypes, divine masculine and feminine, quantum energetics and wraps them in a coaching framework to support clients on their mind, body and soul path.

A new paradigm of supporting clients

The Holistic Soul Coaching Program is designed to help you take your practice to the next level:

• Gain greater confidence in supporting your clients to take their transformations to the next level by learning real and practical coaching skills to weave into your practice.
• Learn to a create deeper sense of trust and rapport with your clients, to understand and meet your clients' needs more effectively.
• Acquire a greater and deeper self-awareness. The ability to manage your own triggers, help support yourself on your own healing journey.
• Develop stronger skills in supporting clients in the practical and grounding soul-work such as exploring the shadow, inner child, limiting beliefs, fears and more.
• Create more meaningful and purposeful programs and offerings by adding the elements of coaching and soul work to your suite of services.
• Build coaching programs and service offerings that reflect your authentic gifts and attract your soul mate clients.

The course consists of 12 modules to be studied weekly for over 3 months. Each week we focus on one module which includes prerecorded content, a workbook for your soul work, journal prompts and rituals/practices.

The modules include the following content:

Week 1: Opening ceremony and welcome call

Week 2: Effective communication, bascis of NLP, building trust and rapport with clients - this is the foundation for presence and service.

Week 3: Exploring the stages of 'Spiritual Awakening' and supporting your clients through transformation, understanding why people heal and change (and don't change) and how to assess your client's readiness to move from victim consciousness to higher awareness.

Week 4: Holding space and what it means to meet clients where they're at in a 'safe space'. Basic somatic tools to help yourself and your clients to feel grounded, secure and held.

Week 5: How to set goals and intentions with clients compassionately and guiding clients to access their highest expression/potential.

Week 6: Balancing the masculine and feminine energies as a facilitator - how to read energy, use your intuition and ground your skills using evidence-based coaching techniques.

Week 7: How to move your clients from limiting to empowered beliefs. We will take you through the role of the ego and how to help your clients manage and love it. Explore the purpose of the subconscious, conscious and superconscious.

Week 8: Gently working with the Shadow self and exploring shame - helping your clients to manage triggers, judgement and criticism to move into a space of falling in love with the whole self.

Week 8: Shifting from fear to love. We cannot grow when we are stuck in fear, lack and scarcity. We explore how to help clients move into a space of abundance and love in a safe and gentle way that ensures sustainable results. You'll learn to explore your client's inner child and help them live now from a more love-based place.

Week 9: Client session structure and practice sessions to help you get clarity on the work you want to do and how you will do it.

Week 10: How to create packages and programs for your clients so that you can feel confident to add coaching to your existing practice or as a new service offering and includes tips on pricing, launches and more.

Week 11: Branding basics, Ethics and Administration required to help you get your business up and running.

Week 12: Closing ceremony, wrap up and final call.

Meeting each week for a 90 minute live session online over zoom facilitated by Loretta and/or special guests. Sessions will be recorded and accessible, along with the resources for lifetime. In between the live sessions, students are fully supported through a private What'sApp group. Students then have 6 months to complete their practical assesment to recieve their certfiicate.
