Holiday Program: Bug Science (PM session)

Ignite your curiosity as we learn all about the lives of nature's little helpers in this hands-on workshop!

Discover different types of insects and create your own pet bug to take home.

We will begin by exploring the BUGS exhibition at the Museum at Inveresk, learning all about the bodies, habitats and characteristics of nature's hidden heroes. Then, we will get creative and craft our very own pet bugs to take home.

Please note: This workshop is recommended for children aged 5-12 years, accompanied by their parents.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Bookings are required for all attendees. Children must be accompanied by a fee-paying adult.
• This activity will be held at the Museum at Inveresk, 2 Invermay Road, Inveresk, Launceston.
• All tickets are $6pp.
• Recommended age 5-12 years old.
• Please feel free to bring a water bottle to the session.
• This is a supervised activity and not a drop-off activity. Parents/guardians are expected to remain present for the duration of the event — and are encouraged to help and join in the fun!
