Holding Space Session 2: Working Together Without Losing the Person
Narrative informed, strength led discussions that explore how we engage with and walk alongside those experiencing homelessness.
Holding Space for People’s Experiences and Hopes
Join Stephen to continue to explore how we walk beside people experiencing homelessness — with care, curiosity, and dignity.
Stephen Simpson, CEO Homelessness Qld is a Narrative Therapist with over 10 years of experience in therapeutic practice. His approach is grounded in the narrative methodologies developed through the Dulwich Centre, with formative learning undertaken at Nunkuwarrin Yunti — a South Australian Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service and training institute.
Grounded in the principles of narrative therapy and tailored for the homelessness sector, this is a return to what matters: listening deeply, responding wisely, and honouring people’s own meanings.
