The garden at Michael Perry Botanic Reserve was originally part of the Clifton Estate, one of Adelaide’s early European stately houses. The garden has been revitalised in recent years to reflect its status as a botanically significant collection. The hillside woodland and Second Creek, which flows through the reserve, have been restored to indigenous vegetation. Join botanist Dr Mark Ellis for a journey through the reserve, its history and stories about both exotic and indigenous flora.
