WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO BREATHWORK?

You may want to bring a  journal and water. You can bring anything that will make you feel more comfortable like an eye pillow. Wear comfortable clothing.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO COLD PLUNGE?

Cold plunge - please bring a towel and you may wish to bring a beanie or some warm clothes for afterwards.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Please do not cold plunge if you have heart issues, are pregnant, have a history of seizures or migraines or have a chronic mental health issue. The waiver is to be read and signed at check out. This only needs to be resigned if I change anything in it or if your condition changes.

HOW DO I PREPARE?

Breathwork - Please do not eat for at least 2 hours before the practice. Avoid coffee and stimulants so that your nervous system can regulate. Cold plunge - Do not drink alcohol for 24 hours before or take recreational drugs for a week prior. Go to the bathroom just prior to entering.

IS THERE PARKING ONSITE?

Yes there is parking onsite. If you are running late and the electric gate is closed please park on the nature strip and come through the gate 30 metres down, please close this gate as we do have animals here.

What if I am early?

Please wait on the nature strip outside the property. The gates will open 10 minutes before the event starts.
