This introductory workshop will give you the information you need to make informed decisions about how you want to start (or continue) living more sustainably. Bonnie will give you a tour of the garden, compost making area, chook house and greenhouse at Hidden Valley, explaining how she does things and why. You will taste sourdough breads and discuss how you can easily fit sourdough baking into your life. There will be plenty of opportunities during the morning to ask questions about what you want to get started on.
